The lions camp is a
very special camp. Because it is for handicapped
children. We built it for the children to have a place
to have a nice time.
They have activities all through the weeks. Another
thing about it is they give you five dollars for you to
use up there for refreshments. The counselors are very
nice up there. And the one boy that gets the most
ribbons gets a cake at the end of the session. And the
girls get the same thing. Hodges Gardens was the best
thing I liked about this year because we got to see all
the different kinds of flowers and walk through the
gardens.
But mainly of all we
got to see the flags for the first year. But the best of
everything I like are the Lioners who were the ones who
were able to let us go to their camp. And I also like
the camp song of all the rest. It reminded me of so many
different things. I will never forget this camp as long
as I live. |
